You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and enabling data-driven decision making through reliable financial insights.
In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing accounting team and play a critical role in optimizing our financial operations as we scale. You’ll bring a deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close processes, and compliance requirements—while also being a proactive problem solver who can streamline systems, automate processes, and support strategic growth.
Your success will be measured by the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, team performance, process efficiency, audit readiness, and your ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for leadership.

Lead the development and execution of accounting strategies that support the company’s financial health and growth goals. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and mentor a growing accounting team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration. Provide regular coaching and professional development opportunities. - Financial Reporting & Close:
Oversee all aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Audit & Tax Readiness:
Prepare for and support internal and external audits. Ensure accurate tax filings in collaboration with external advisors. - Internal Controls & Compliance:
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements. Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors. - Process Optimization & Automation:
Identify and lead initiatives to streamline accounting workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve accuracy and efficiency. Leverage technology and automation tools to modernize financial operations. - Budgeting & Forecasting Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide insights that guide strategic planning and operational decision making.
This position is for you if you have:
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- CPA designation or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.
- Demonstrated success in improving accounting processes, controls, and systems.

- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to support strategic financial decisions.
