We’re seeing a full-stack developer comfortable with both developing new products as well as maintaining and integrating with existing products. Strong Ruby on Rails skills and an understanding of the modern Rails stack are vital.

We also want you to have:
- 5+ years’ experience working in a software development role.
- 5+ years’ experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Rails 7.x and 6.x, but able to work with Rails 2.3 a plus
- Hotwire, ActionCable, Sidekiq
- 5+ years’ experience using Javascript. Experience using Stimulus is a strong asset.
- Comfort using HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap 4.
- Experience with Databases, ideally Postgres, MySQL, and Redis.
- A growth mindset: You are constantly learning, growing, and setting bigger goals. You are courageous and create value first before expecting opportunity.
- Post-secondary education: Some kind of traditional or alternative education beyond high school.
Nice-to-have experience:
- Experience with eCommerce, ideally with Stripe.
- Experience with Salesforce (usage of or integration with).
- Experience with iCal and CalDAV formats.
- Experience with Android and/or iOS app development.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Working with our web team and the rest of our IT team, making websites for our company.
- Working on our client site, prospect site, store site, and training sites, and building integrations with Stripe, Salesforce (Heroku), and others.
- Maintenance and upkeep of our legacy sites.
