 You are accountable for:

• Sales leadership – Recruiting, leading, coaching, managing, and motivating 8-12 highly effective sales team members to reach their goals.
• Reporting, analysis, and strategic planning – Reviewing and analyzing weekly reports to forecast and drive results. 
• Sales leader partner and collaborator – As an integral part of the Sales Leadership Team, you’ll help to develop sales strategies and plans that support consistency, transparency, and results. 

An ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record of growing, leading, and motivating sales teams that have exceeded sales goals.
• Outstanding communication, critical thinking, coaching, strategic problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• 8+ years of sales management experience.
• A university or college degree.

You’ll be responsible for:

1. Quota Attainment: Meeting (and exceeding!) your monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Pipeline Building: Developing and documenting strategy to build your pipeline of sales opportunities within your defined target leads and prospects.
3. Referral Generation: Creating demand for Strategic Coach services within a defined sales territory.
4. Leading and Progressing the Sales Cycle: Driving the sales process through to completion.
5. Weekly Reporting and Funnel Management: Completing all weekly pipeline and activity reporting in accordance with Strategic Coach’s forecasting audience.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Reception
  • Interacting with clients, prospects, and vendors by phone.
  • Welcoming clients by greeting them on workshop days and enhancing client relationships.
  • Distributing faxes and emails from the general inbox to appropriate team members.
  • Updating and maintaining the client database.
  • Arranging courier delivery, and receiving and distributing mail.
  • Interacting with clients and responding to client requests on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times.

• Administrative Support
  • Updating prospect and client information.
  • Entering new referrals into the database.
  • Printing client lists for workshops
  • Assisting with ordering catering and flowers for workshops.
  • Handwriting cards to prospects and clients.
  • Creating order records in the database.
  • Making sure marketing information is current.
  • Ensuring the book display walls are presentable at all times.
