Empowered, Evolving, And Entrepreneurial: Stories From The Women Of Strategic Coach

Hero image

Every woman in her entrepreneurial journey knows the moment when her dream outgrows her capacity. It’s not a setback—it’s a sign of extraordinary vision!

You’ve built something real, something impactful, and it’s ready for its next chapter.

At that turning point, growth becomes less about doing more, and more about thinking differently. Strategic Coach is where countless female entrepreneurs have stepped into that new way of leading with clarity, confidence, and the freedom to design success on their own terms.

This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the women who chose to grow differently and discovered how powerful it feels when you finally build the business and life that grow together.

From isolation to real community.

Many female entrepreneurs share a common experience: even with strong support from family, friends, or a team, it can sometimes feel lonely, like no one else truly understands the weight of building something from the ground up.

Within that challenge lies a powerful opportunity: to connect with others who do understand the highs and lows, the decisions, and the dreams that define entrepreneurship.

Inside their Strategic Coach workshops, that loneliness gets replaced with a room of entrepreneurs who understand the pressure, failures, and wins, and are willing to challenge and support one another, not compete.

For communication pro and entrepreneur Stacey Hanke, having a group that expects progress every quarter has completely changed the way she shows up between workshops.

“It’s the community that adds to the power of every tool I have learned at Strategic Coach. It has been a game changer to walk into that room every quarter because my group is made up of people who are smarter than I am, and they push me to this place that I don’t think I could do on my own.”
- Stacey Hanke, Founder & CEO, Stacey Hanke Inc.

She also names something many women feel but rarely say out loud:

“Being an entrepreneur can be so lonely. And even though I have my family, husband, and friends involved in my business, they won’t truly understand it unless you live and breathe entrepreneurialism 24/7. So to be in your workshop with other entrepreneurs with no egos, knowing that we’ve all had failures ... is such a game changer and provides such a sense of community.”

That kind of environment is especially powerful for women entrepreneurs who are often the “only” in their industry circles—only woman in the room, only founder at their level, only person with their particular combination of responsibilities and ambition. In a Strategic Coach workshop, they’re no longer the exception; they’re part of a community of visionaries building their next chapter together.

From doing it all to building a Self-Managing Company.

A common pattern for female founders is continuing to manage every aspect of their business themselves, even when it’s growing beyond what they can do on their own. They’re serving customers, managing operations, and holding the entire mental load of the business.

Amber Swope, founder of DITA Strategies, came into Strategic Coach at that point—successful on paper, but with a business that depended entirely on her:

“Before Strategic Coach, I worked every day, I tried to do everything myself, I didn't have a team, my revenue was limited to the hours I could bill, and I felt really isolated as a small business owner. Since joining Coach, I take two days off every week and totally disconnect while on vacation for up to two weeks. I've gotten really clear about what I should be doing and which activities are the best use of my time. I have a solid team to keep my business running and let me focus on my work. I’ve increased my revenue four-fold and am actively developing passive revenue streams.”
- Amber Swope, Founder, DITA Strategies

With Strategic Coach, Amber started designing a Self-Managing Company instead of a self-sacrificing one. She got clear on the activities that were the best use of her Unique Ability, built a solid team, and put structures in place that let her take regular time off—without everything grinding to a halt.

And for Emily Morgan, founder of Delegate Solutions, Strategic Coach became the bridge from “doing the work” herself to leading a business that can grow without her in every role. She credits the Program with giving her the thinking tools and peer support to make that shift:

“Strategic Coach has been the foundational element in my evolution as an entrepreneurial leader. I attribute many of the mindsets and skills that I’ve adopted as an entrepreneur to the thought leadership provided by Coach and their amazing global community. It’s truly been a transformational part of my story and has allowed me to develop a clear commitment to building a Self-Managing Company.”
- Emily Morgan, Founder & CEO, Delegate Solutions

10x thinking and bigger impact.

High-achieving women don’t struggle with ambition; they struggle with ceilings.

Sometimes it’s a revenue ceiling, sometimes a team or market ceiling, and often it’s a thinking ceiling—believing they have to grow in a linear way that costs them more time and energy.

Strategic Coach gives these entrepreneurs a different mental model: 10x thinking.

For EOS Worldwide’s Integrator, Kelly Knight, that shift in thinking completely changed the scale of what she believed was possible.

With 10x thinking, she and her team broke through multiple ceilings at once: expanding from a single full-time team member to over 100 employees, growing a new product line community by 300% in one year, and dramatically increasing the number of EOS Implementers with industry-leading retention.

More importantly, Kelly ties those results directly to the way they now think about growth. The more her company focuses on helping others get what they want, the more 10x results they create for themselves. That shift even led EOS Worldwide to multiply its own Core Target—from aiming to have 100,000 companies running on EOS by 2030 to 1,000,000, with hundreds of thousands already on the path.

“It’s the quality of our thinking that’s 10x’d and to see ‘the matrix’ in how we can best help others. The more we help enough people get what they want for themselves, the more 10x results we ourselves achieve. The 10x thinking is about impact in helping others.”
- Kelly Knight, President & Integrator, EOS Worldwide

Reclaiming time, peace, and joy.

When a business is built through rugged individualism, “success” can still feel heavy.

Many women arrive at Strategic Coach with strong revenue, good reputations, but very little space for themselves, their families, or their own creativity.

One of the most profound shifts we see is not just financial growth, but how entrepreneurs feel in their own lives: lighter, more spacious, and more connected to why they started in the first place.

Founder of Crazy Good Talks, Deirdre Van Nest talks about that deeper payoff:

“You’re going to see an ROI in terms of what you’re going to gain, but I think the bigger play, and maybe even initially, is you. You are allowing a lot of opportunity, and not just opportunity for revenue, but opportunity for peace, opportunity for fun, opportunity for joy ... I recommend you take the leap of faith, you dive in, you let the community love you, you gobble up everything you can, you squeeze the most value out of it, and then you do the work. And I think you’ll look back and say, ‘This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.’”
- Deirdre Van Nest, Founder, Crazy Good Talks

For many women in our community, that’s the real measure of success: not just what the business achieves, but who they get to become, and how fully they get to live, while running it.

International Women’s Day, the Strategic Coach way.

For us, International Women’s Day is about recognizing the women who are reshaping what entrepreneurship looks and feels like for themselves, their families, their teams, and the people they serve.

Inside Strategic Coach, that shows up as women who refuse to choose between ambition and well-being, who are building a Self-Managing Company, and who are using 10x thinking to expand their impact in ways that also expand their freedom.

They’re not doing it alone. They’re doing it in community with other entrepreneurs who challenge them, tools and frameworks that support them, and a coaching environment that keeps them focused on the bigger future they actually want.
