Who we’re looking for:
Our Design Studio has an opening for a highly motivated Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the creation of a wide range of Strategic Coach deliverables. This individual must be highly skilled in managing the work flow and schedules of our Design Team with the goal of completing various projects. This individual will also be responsible for liaising with team members from marketing, sales, and tech support. They will work with and maintain vendor relationships and be responsible for project quoting and design and content approval.
Our in-house, full-service creative team works closely with all other teams in the company to deliver projects in video, animation, audio, print, digital/web, and multimedia formats.

We also want you to have:
- A minimum of one year of related experience project managing design projects.
- Proficiency within a Macintosh environment.
- Familiarity with Apple’s OSX operating system.
- An understanding of the use of mainstream graphic design software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop software (nice-to-have).
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities and a detail-oriented focus.
- The ability to multitask, managing your own work flow/deadlines while coordinating multiple projects.
- Exceptional time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Determining the scope of projects and deadlines.
- Scheduling, monitoring, and managing work flow.
- Following up with internal “clients” throughout the design process, communicating project status, and working on each project to completion.
- Managing a cross-functional Design Team to ensure that commitments and deadlines are established, managed, and met.
- Collaborating with the entire team to proactively adjust schedules and communicate thoroughly with all team members involved in projects.
- Forecasting costs while maintaining the production database, which contains schedules and project status, and issue reports, milestone reports, and quotations.
- Maintaining relationships and regular communication with freelancers/vendors.
- Ordering workshop materials and publications inventory.
- Managing quality assurance and facilitating corrections.
- Maintaining visual consistency and quality by working with ambassadors to make sure all design elements align with the Strategic Coach style guide.
- Tracking expenses.
- Inputting invoicing into production database and submitting to accounting.
- Tracking the Design Team’s free time and inputting it into the company database.
