As a sought-after speaker, author, and trainer who specializes in the financial services arena, Gina brings a wealth of practical experience to her role as a coach. Her business, Pellegrini Team Consulting, focuses on increasing revenue in a financial advisor's office one appointment at a time. “My focus is to help advisors turn prospects into clients and clients into referrers with the consistency of working one's client base,” she says. “I train staff to schedule and protect their entrepreneur’s time, and to filter everything before it gets to ‘the boss.’” Gina is also living out a 25-year dream and has opened a boutique as a second business.

A participant in The Strategic Coach^® Program for over three decades, Gina loves coaching other entrepreneurs and thrives when given the opportunity to facilitate real change and growth. “I love knowing that at some point, they’re all going to experience an important transformation,” she says.

For Gina, the process is rewarding. “On the first day of my workshops, a lot of the participants wonder who I am and what this program is all about—just like I did when I started out in Coach,” she says. “Then as time passes, I watch their confidence, revenue, focus, and free time all increase, and those layers of the onion keep peeling away. I really appreciate their commitment, their risk in trying something to better themselves, and their vulnerability and openness in sharing.”

Gina resides in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, with her husband and business partner, Andy, and their dog, Ozzy.
