Position Overview

Strategic Coach is looking for a highly organized and resourceful Marketing Programs Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a knack for translating strategy into action. You’ll be responsible for project managing full-funnel marketing programs—from top of funnel (TOF) awareness initiatives to bottom of funnel (BOF) conversion and client marketing efforts—to ensure flawless execution, alignment with strategic objectives, and continuous performance improvement.

This role is pivotal in operationalizing our marketing plans and requires strong project-management skills, experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred), marketing project-management tools (Asana), and the ability to identify underperforming programs and optimize for better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Execution & Coordination – Lead the cross-marketing coordination and execution of TOF, MOF, BOF, and client marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and smooth campaign delivery.

2. Project Management – Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication for multiple projects across internal teams and external vendors. Track progress and flag roadblocks to ensure marketing programs are delivered on time and on budget.

3. Funnel Analytics & Optimization – Support the Marketing Operations Team Leader in funnel performance reporting, identifying underperforming programs or tactics and recommending actionable improvements. Support the team leader in leveraging data to drive decision-making and support future planning.

4. Budget Tracking – Work across the Marketing Team to ensure all expenditures are within the planned budget and appropriately reported.
