Sales Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Coordinator ensures the sales team operates smoothly by managing our systems, processes, data, and tools. This role ensures the smooth execution of daily operations, providing critical support to the sales leadership and the sales team by offering data-driven insights, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy. This role is primarily tactical and hands-on, with a strong focus on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization & Efficiency

- Streamline sales workflows to reduce manual tasks and boost productivity.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Ensure smooth daily execution of sales operations.
- Data Management & Reporting

- Manage the sales database, including assigning high value leads (e.g., booked calls, referrals).
- Maintain database hygiene by identifying and eliminating duplicates.
- Collect and analyze sales performance data to deliver actionable insights.
- Sales Tools & Technology

- Administer and optimize sales tools and platforms (Salesforce, analytics, automation tools).
- Ensure technology supports prospecting, relationship management, and closing.
- Oversee our sales technology stack to ensure smooth functionality and adoption.
- Forecasting & Performance Monitoring

- Collaborate with sales leadership on forecasting and pipeline management.
- Track key metrics to identify potential risks or opportunities and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Sales Process Optimization

- Help refine, document, and maintain sales processes for clarity and consistency.
- Promote best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Recommend improvements based on observed performance gaps, operational feedback, and business needs.
- Training & Support

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of Account Executives.
- Support ongoing training to ensure effective use of tools and systems.
- Facilitate team knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Workshop Day Client Support

- Welcome and check-in clients on workshop days, creating a warm, professional first impression.
- Support workshop front desk rotations including greeting clients, coverage during lunch hours, and end of day lock-up.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Operations with a working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
- Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience with Pardot is an asset.
- Ability to dig into data, surface actionable insights, and demonstrate sound decision-making skills. A problem-solver at heart.
- College or University degree.
